Location:                   London

Salary                       £55,000 - £65,000 plus bonus, etc.

The Area Manager Role

As Area Manager you will be directly responsible for up to 4 - 8 General Managers, accountable for setting & achieving financial targets set by the Director and generating additional revenue through precise controls and the training of your managers.  Area Manager will be required to regularly report to directorship level on all projects under their remit in addition to their standard procedures. My client is looking for a Multi-site or Area Manager with a strong background in  ;late night drink lead operations

The ideal Area Manager will also have….

  • To be successful in your application you will have been an Operations or Area Manager with a track record of success within the pub and bar sector
    • 2 years senior Management experience within a high-volume cocktail focused venue- ideally already in an Area Position!
    • An excellent financial understanding!
    • A strong understanding of licencing, training and back office system set ups!
    • Experience Managing a team of at least 20 people
    • Ideally been involved in openings or re brandings!
    • Excellent experience recruiting and developing new teams!
