Really good opportunity for a very well connected Catering Sales Manager & professional to joining this top quality, expanding restaurant, retail and catering group!

This company is embarking on the next major phase of growth and in order to realise these ambitious plans, we are currently looking for a Catering Sales Manager for our KSA operations, looking to widen their expertise in order to support the company.

The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for representing the company and in sales of catering services to the business/corporate clientele. He/she will present the full range of catering services and create an exceptional experience for our clients.

Other responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Increase sales of catering services and communicate to new and existing customers changing menus/services and seasonal offers.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set by the department.
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with customers and prospects at different levels.
  • Depicting a healthy sales attitude (a positive attitude, active participation)
  • Compiling monthly reports and analysis of your portfolio sales figures.

Experience Required:

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a hotel or high-end gourmet food sales environment (regional experience welcomed) to corporate clients.
  • Business acumen to manage commercial operations.
  • GCC Experience is essential.
  • Fluent in English (spoken Arabic is a plus)
