Location: Newbury / Essex Boarder
Salary: £18k - £21K Basic + Tips/Tronc
My client is the proud owner of a highly acclaimed independent destination pub/restaurant and he is looking for a cracking CDP to join his team.
This is a great opportunity for an exceptional Demi Chef to move up the ranks and broaden their knowledge while learning from the best.
As chef de partie you must come from a quality fresh food operation with. The offering is simple quality fresh produce using the seasons but all served to a very high standard. Everything is produced in house including bread and ice cream.
The operation has a great reputation for the quality food and service and you will be required to work on all sections at different times.
A passion for food plus good knife and communication skills are required as chef de partie and in turn you will be well rewarded for your efforts.
