Commis Chef – Exciting Private Members Club - Modern British – London £23k
Salary depends on experience and up to 23k, closed Sundays and 8 shifts pw
Our client is a relatively new private members club with a 50 cover restaurant and is offering a seasonal and regularly changing modern British menu taking influences from Britain, Europe and further afield, cooking to Michelin level
The members club is located in a prime location in London for members and guests only and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a bar lounge menu incorporating small and large plates
They use excellent suppliers including directly from Farms and Day boats
Your background will be currently be as a commis chef from a quality restaurant, current London experience and with a good understanding of seasonal ingredients, respectfully prepared and served to a high consistent standard. My client would also consider a newly qualified chef from college who’s looking for their first full time role in the industry
