My client is an expanding international food group who are now looking for an experienced Digital Web Analyst to join their digital product team

In this role, you will be supporting marketing teams in campaign management and automation, and product teams is experimenting, defining and developing new experiences.


  • Supporting the definition, development and improvement of digital customer experience and commercial trading across all digital touchpoints. 
  • Providing analysis, insights, data and information to product owners, marketing and trading teams to improve customer acquisition, sales conversion, loyalty and retention.
  • Providing data and actionable insights to product and content teams across the end to end eCommerce journey so inform decisions.
  • Tracking, reporting and analysing all touchpoints of customers across the digital estate, and generating actionable insights.
  • Using the right digital analytics tools and that remains abreast to digital analytics technology opportunities and changes.
  • The role is expect to be able to operate self-sufficiently as part of a small and flexible team with the need to proactively take initiative when required.

Experience & skills required:

  • Track record in measuring ecommerce, digital customer experience, digital marketing, and site optimisation
  • Obsessed by understanding customer behaviour, driving marketing performance and commercial benefits
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience of and comfort with working in a digital data-driven environment
  • Exceptional communicator - ability to communicate at the highest level both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical capability to present and communicate complex data in a clear and impactful way
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities to add value to the organisation based on data and insights generated
  • Experience on Customer Experience programmes, customer journey mapping and lifecycle management would be advantageous
  • Expert knowledge of Google Web Analytics, Tag Management as well as Data Layer
  • Curious and driven to understand data, trends and performance
  • Passion for great technology and customer experience
