Finance Manager – Multi-site hospitality business- West London- £50k
You will be responsible for the financial processes and controls for the EU division. Reporting directly to Group FC and indirect reporting to CFO. You will lead the finance function and business partner with Operations Director and GMs. You will lead the financial analysis and supporting the business need.
Skills and Experience:
- Team management (especially when team is based remotely)
- Proven leadership qualities
- Experience in working with external auditors and accountants
- Business partnering
- Month End including preparing commentaries and leading the review with GMs
- Full Balance Sheet reconciliation and review
- Hospitality Operating Systems (PMS & POS)
- Financial System (SUN)
- Strong Analytical skills and Excel Skills
- Qualified ACCA/CIMA
- You will be strategic thinker with a demonstrated history of delivering results and driving improvements.
- Previous experience in a multisite business
