Head Chef – Italian Restaurant- Small Plate Concept – London £40-45k
Our client is an award winning small group that has gained a great reputation over the years
They are now seeking a stable, reliable and motivated head chef who is capable of running their central London restaurant with the focus on serving small plates of Italian cuisine simply presented and prepared whilst working under the guide lines of the group’s Executive chef and menus
You will as head chef have creative input into the daily specials but must follow company menus using spec recipes but you will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen and team of 12 chefs plus all ordering, invoicing, gp targets, rotas and payroll
You will have current stable London experience in high end fresh food independent restaurants at rosette level as sous/head chef and capable of working to volume of up to 300 covers per day
Salary is circa £40,000 plus bonus
