Head Pastry Chef – Boutique, Luxury 5 Star Hotel – Surrey £34k
Our client is seeking a first class and stable head pastry chef from an excellent and well-respected luxury 4 or 5-star hotel, to manage the daily running of the pastry kitchen. The site is an exclusive hotel often visited by dignitaries and offers a brassiere, uniquely designed bar, afternoon teas and private functions.
You will be responsible for managing a small team and ideally have a rosette background, with a knowledge of both classical and modern International pastry. In this role you will have full autonomy over the pastry operation so a full understanding of menu writing, and cost control is essential.
Only suitable head pastry chefs with the right work stability and background can be considered and contacted.
