Head Chef - New Opening Restaurant & Wine Bar - Central London £35-40k
Salary of £35-40,000 – this role would suit a stable sous/senior chef looking to take on their first HC role and to start ASAP in June
Our client is opening their 60 cover wine bar in a very popular area of central London in July and requires a head chef to lead the small team
Opening from Midday to 10pm the food will consist of sharing boards based on charcuterie, cheese and Seafood plus a selection of seasonal salads, potted, smoked and pickled fish and seafood alongside terrines etc. There will be very little hot food cooking and prep but you can still be very creative utilising Sous vide and other methods
They are looking for a passionate head chef who loves to work with simple fresh ingredients without the fuss but have a level of creativity to experiment and deliver, knowledge of the seasons and can lead a small kitchen team. You must have working experience of food costings and kitchen financials plus all current health and safety practices
Immediate interviews are being held and you must be able to start in June and be eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
