My client is an exceptional London based caterer with an extensive list of HNWI and VIP clients.
We are looking to recruit a Head of Event Sales person to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of event coordinators plus generating business through new and existing leads across venues and corporate markets.
Motivate and lead employees to perform their roles to a high standard
Manage stakeholder relationships in a commercial and compliant manner
Control and monitor the financial performance and maintain costs within budgeted targets
Meet the demands of the clients by providing exquisite service and food
Establish and maintain positive relationships with individuals at all levels both internally and externally
Manage high profile events to an exceptional standard
Ensure all special events are completed to the required standard of food and service and are also undertaken within budgeted costs
Deliver financial results though leading and supporting your team in delivery of their KPIs
Continually drive towards service excellence, customer satisfaction and delivering innovation in all areas
Coach, develop and lead a team of 3 to provide exceptional service and drive sales
