Junior Sous Chef - 5* Boutique & British Rosette Restaurant -40 Hours- £29k
Our client is a 5 star boutique hotel based in central London
They are seeking a competent Junior Sous chef for their modern British restaurant serving around 50 covers
(could suit a stable, motivated Senior chef de partie with the right background)
You will be working with a total team of 10 chefs based on a 40 hour week, no split shifts and last orders at 10.30pm so a great work life balance cooking with fresh quality ingredients
As Junior Sous chef you must have a background cooking modern British menus to 2AA rosette standards with a stable work career to date, (No Job Hopping)
Backgrounds from leading hotels or 2AA rosette restaurants is desired along with current London experience
The salary is based on 26k basic plus 3k tronc, 40 hours pw and straight shifts
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK
