Pastry Chef- January Start- 2AA Rosette Restaurant- West London £25-28k

Pastry Chef- Negotiable salary depending on experience from £25-28,000

50 hours per week, 5 straight shifts and closed Sundays

My client is looking for a well trained and competent pastry chef for their fantastic restaurant that serves simply prepared seasonal European desserts with a nod towards Italy and with 2AA rosettes

As the pastry chef you must have a stable working career in recognised restaurants cooking to 2AA rosette level or above

Salary is negotiable depending on your level and your experience but the minimum entry level to be considered will be pastry CDP along with progressive training and work stability in your career

You must speak and write excellent English with great communication skills and be very presentable and personable along with a strong passion for pastry whilst working with excellent seasonal produce in a pastry team of 3

The role would suit a pastry chef who has creativity, seasonal knowledge of ingredients and a passion for food and flavours from around the world; everything is made in house
