Salary                                   £28,000 + Benefits

The package we offer is as follows:

Position: can be either full or part-time

Location: Can be based at either Elstree - (Watford) or Penrith - (north west)

Salary: from £28k depending on experience

Annual leave: 20 days increasing to 25 after 2 years, plus bank holidays

Company sick pay after 6 months service rising from 2 weeks full pay to a maximum of 18 weeks full pay

Staff recognition awards commencing from 5 years’ service

Mobile phone and laptop included

1 week’s free holiday per annum at any of our UK locations after 6 months service

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Travel/Hospitality Recruitment Manager.

The role is to oversee all recruitment functions. Our client is a successful travel/ hospitality operator with a nationwide portfolio of sites. They are one of the UK’s travel and hospitality success stories and operate out of variety of locations, placing a large emphasis on customer service and quality.

The main responsibility of the role is to recruit for all vacancies throughout the organisation ensuring that candidates have the correct competencies, values and behaviours.

What does success look like?  In the world of recruitment, success would be filling all vacancies within our organisation in a speedily and efficient manner.

Role Responsibility

·               Responsible for the life-cycle of the recruitment process.

·               Recruit all roles within the business ensuring that the correct competencies, values and behaviours are identified within the candidates being forwarded to the Department Manager.

·               Be responsible for Identifying, setting up and evaluating effective channels that will attract direct candidates for all roles, continually assessing effectiveness and putting forward new ideas for ongoing candidate attraction.

·               Identify and target various media to directly source candidates, either through networking, CV mining, head hunting or referrals.

·               Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization.

·               Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organisation (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting and taking proper actions to close vacancy gaps).

·               Work closely with the Senior Management team and play an active role in developing and refining the recruitment strategy (focusing on both internal and external recruitment plans).

·               Monitor candidate engagement throughout the selection process, identifying concerns and making recommendations for improvements.

·               Advise, coach and support managers on policy, process and tools to ensure consistency in recruitment that adheres to best practice and is legally compliant.

·               Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with line managers.

·               In conjunction with the HR Manager, identify the requirements of a vacancy to create an accurate and comprehensive brief.
