This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sous chef looking for a new challenge to join this popular up and coming Gastro pub group with a number of new opening in the pipelines, this group will double in size in the next 24 months and will give you great chances for progression to a head chef in the near future.

This role would be perfect for someone who has the passion for quality fresh food and would really like to try something different, has worked within afresh food kitchen and is used to working in a small team environment, knowledge of stock-taking systems and procedures will be highly desired but full training will be given.

As Sous Chef you will:

  • manage all aspects of the kitchen with the Head Chef
  • including Health & Safety
  • Training & Development of the team
  • stock control
  • GP's and general admin duties.
