SOUS CHEF – HUGELY POPULAR CASUAL DINING CONCEPT – CAPE TOWN!
Hugely popular casual dining breakfast & lunch concept along the Atlantic seaboard is searching for a Sous Chef to take leadership of the kitchen – Daytimes only!
You will be managing the flow of service between BOH & FOH departments, while keeping your small but efficient team focused in this buzzing fast paced environment.
As Sous Chef you will be in charge of kitchen management including stock control & ordering; recipe & costings; contributions to menu development, staff training & Health & Safety!
Min 2 years’ SCDP or Junior Sous experience in a fast paced environment
Sound knowledge & a proven track record in kitchen management including H&S & stock control
A level head & positive management abilities!
Salary Offered: R 12 000 (dependent upon experience)
