Salary: £32,000

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the Head Office team of one of London’s top Restaurant Groups, helping them attract talent and retain interest in internal and external career opportunities! The role is to manage and develop the company employer brand through the various social media and on-line recruitment channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and their careers page, as well supporting internal employee communications channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To work autonomously managing all digital content related to career and employee attraction, working alongside the inhouse recruitment team and external recruitment support bodies

  • To build the company’s employer brand in line with their strategy and culture, ensuring they recruit and retain great people

  • To follow the Company’s Strategy and People Strategy to support in the creation of a comprehensive social media recruitment strategy

  • Support the recruitment team in recruitment advertising and setting up of recruitment campaigns

  • To explore and develop new ways of recruiting through social media and on-line recruitment channels

  • To engage the company and its employees into social media communications


Key Requirements:


  • Ideally currently working for a premium retail or restaurant brand in an autonomous social media role

  • Have excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and be passionate about suing these tools!

  • Come from a social media or marketing background with at least 2 years experience

  • Experience in both in house channels as well as working with agencies and external promoters

  • Hugely creative personalities will thrive in this role!

  • Excellent computer, administration and self-management skills needed!

  • Happy to work internality as well as apart of a very dynamic large team!
