Sous Chef – Exciting Seafood Restaurant – London 32k+Tips & O/T
Must be available to start from early December!
Salary of £32,000 based on 40 hour week plus any paid overtime and service charge
Our client is a leading 5* hotel and part of a large International group
They are seeking a sous chef to be part of this 47 cover restaurant within the hotel that will be open for dinner service only
The restaurant is currently closed and will re open in December with a new menu and concept based on Seafood with influences from Spain and globally and will incorporate a tasting menu
You will be part of a small team of chefs cooking to a 5* standard reporting to the head chef and the hotels Executive chef
As sous chef you must have a solid and stable experience in cooking fish and seafood with modern Spanish influences with the ability to work in a small team and for dinner service only along with knowledge of kitchen financials and current health and safety legislations
This is an exciting position with a global Hotel company
You must be available to interview and trial in London and eligible to live and work in the UK unrestricted
