The site is a luxury Hotel & Spa which is renowned for its food and has received many accolades over the years, including 1 AA Rosette. Its luxury boutique style provides the perfect setting for any dining occasion coupled with expertly crafted menus, using the finest locally sourced produce.

For this role you will need:
- The ability to produce top quality fresh food at volume.
- Good hygiene awareness and be able to manage consistency
- Good organisation/communication skills
- To work effectively as part of the kitchen team

take the business to an even higher level
