TRAINING MANAGER – LEADING HOSPITALITY GROUP – KENYA & UGANDA
An excellent opportunity has become available for experienced L&D professionals to join this leading & expanding hospitality company!
With HO based in Nairobi – You will be open to either beautiful Kenya or Uganda.
Reporting to the Group GM – You will be responsible for developing & analysing training needs. You will be conducting ongoing technical training, as well as personal development training for all staff members.
Successful Candidates will have:
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role & a Graduate/Master degree in education, human resources or relevant field
Track record in designing & executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing & record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Start date: ASAP
SALARY OFFERED: $1200 – 2000 usd tax free basic (negotiable for the right candidate)
Plus Flights, Visa, Accommodation + Travel + $200 (local expenses)
