Market leader in commercial real estate services, delivering integrated solutions to real estate & commercial property across the UK.
The Account Director is accountable for driving growth, building relationships, leading high performing teams, and developing and maintaining exceptional client delivery through thought-leadership, strategic innovation and strong execution! Your key responsibilities will be to play an instrumental role in the operational leadership, management and service delivery for our cleint and managing T/O £10-£15 million plus. You will be responsible for a team of senior managers with experience of managing demanding client expectations. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. You will understand marketing strategies and purchasing. This contract will see you influencing and interfacing with high profile clients and this must be something you can demonstrate experience with.
