Head of Sales- Hospitality & Hotels – London
Salary: up to £100,000 + 25% bonus, pension, healthcare contribution and other benefits
Location: European regional role, based out of the London head office
We are working with a unique and contemporary hospitality business who are looking for an enthusiastic and driven head of Sales for their European business.
The business has a variety of unique and individual properties, catering to the adventuress traveller, spread across the UK and Europe. This position will support overall sales growth, focusing on corporate accounts and partnerships.
- Based in the London office, overseeing at sales team of 10 and supporting the whole European region
- Managing full business development function and strategy
- Following leads as well as proactively planning sales approach for yourself and your team
- Working towards an annual calendar of sales plans, developing targeted strategy for different seasons.
- Organise and oversee trade shows and show arounds
- Build excellent relationships, acting as the lead representative for the group
- Think creatively, pursuing new customer avenues for new business
The ideal candidate will have like for like experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience in a head of or director level proactive sales position, excellent team management experience and a love and knowledge of hotels and accommodation businesses.
