Junior Sous Chef - 5-star hotel and Michelin - Berkshire 30k
Our client who owns this stunning Hotel are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join their busy team in the main kitchen that includes the Michelin restaurant plus banqueting
You will be an integral part of the team to lead a section in the kitchen creating the finest dishes and working to the highest standards. A key focus of your role is to share your passion for cooking and food with your team and help train and develop them.
Ideally NVQ levels 2&3 or equivalent
Stable experience working in a Michelin/multi AA Rosette establishment or 5* Hotel
Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
Good verbal and written English
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous chef to join a top hotel group and learn and progress
You must have your own transport due to location and no accommodation is provided
