FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY, this role has just been created due to a large restructure and the growth of a UK pub company, this role is a North of England and you will be working closely with the  5 Regional Managers and reporting to the Operations Director, working across a portfolio of 200 pubs across the patch & growing!   

A bit about the company!

My client has just hit some exciting times, a big re-structure so they are looking for an Operations Manager, to help drive and push sales revenue throughout the North of England, a big challenging but rewarding role – Pubs/retail experience is needed. This is a mixed of different pub concepts, but the ideal candidate will come from a retail /pub but also sales driven background, you will be in charge and responsible for the direct negotiation with Regional Managers working for both sides to agree and strong result. This will require strong leadership skills, man-management, working relationships and the high-profile hard hitter to keep this great UK concept growing and driving forward.

The Operations Manager will have extensive experience in the following….

  • Development of the core business in the North
  • Development of new proactive sales systems and processes
  • Developing promotions for the group as well as working closely with onsite teams to implement individual Promotions and marketing Collateral
  • Full P&L awareness
  • Strong commercial awareness of the sector - hospitality leader
  • Part of the Operations team, making decisions across the group with the Operations Director
  • Budget setting and forecasting for the portfolio of pub businesses
  • Leadership skills is essential, proving this at interview is key!
