For this Pastry CDP role reporting to the Sous Chef you will be spoiled with formal dining, top notch BOH & FOH team, stunning setting with a good mix of events, functions + a busy venue – A great challenge for slow food enthusiasts!

A good mix of luxury FINE DINING restaurant & hotel experiences
Knowledgeable on international F&B trends
Highly creative chefs with the ability to contribute to menu creation & offerings
